Your Course

Can I access the course on my mobile smart phone?

A mobile phone or cell phone can be used to access your courses if you can access the internet.

The For Business online courses are ‘responsive’ so change if you are on a laptop/ PC , an iPad or phone.

How do I start?

Choose your online tutorial course. If you are not already a member you will be asked to sign up.

You will select a payment method through the Paypal system and when the payment is approved you will be given access to the course.

An email will be sent to your nominated email address with a link to your course.

Your order details and an invoice from Paypal will also be sent to this email address.

When you return, you need to be logged in to get access to your course.

How do I pay?

You have an option of major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

We do not store your credit card information on our server.

Is my personal information safe?

We set out to store minimal information, only the information required to identify you and enable you to login to the system. Your user name can be an alias- this is what other people may see.

It is desirable to have your home town location and an email address to enable you to access the website.

We will keep your full name and any comments or information you post in quizzes and forums. You are always free to delete these.

In your account settings you can edit your details, change your password and nominate the events when you want email notification.

What if I forget my password?

There is an opportunity on the login screen to recover a password if you forget.

You will be asked to enter a new password into the screen. Use this when you next log in to the system.

On the main top menu, there is a small question mark which you can use to recover a password.

If that fails, contact us at the email address listed on the bottom footer menu.

How do I change my personal details and password

When you login you can find the Dashboard on the Home Menu.

On the left hand side student menu you see the settings tab.

Click on this to see the email and password options.

Logging into and finding your tutorial course

When you log back into the website you will be directed to the student dashboard.

Select Courses for the tutorial courses you are enrolled in.

How do I find my course?

When you log in to you will be directed to a dashboard.

You can select the courses tab to find and access the courses you are enrolled in. You can also can access My Courses from the Top Menu.

Clicking on one of these will direct you to your chosen course.

Click on the course to continue or renew if expired.

Start Course button

When you press the ‘Start Course’ button, you will progress through the course curriculum.

As you move through units and quizzes, you have the opportunity to mark units and quizzes complete.

If you do this, the next time you log in, you will have access to a ‘Continue Course’ button and this will take you back to your place in the course.

If you do not mark units complete, you will go back to the beginning and the ‘Start Course’ button.

How do I check my quiz results?

Check your results after you submit your quiz.

Here you can also reattempt the quizzes.retake

How do I redo a quiz?

Choose check results and then on that screen choose ‘redo quiz’.


Access your Certificates

When you finish a course and achieve a satisfactory pass you will be awarded a course certificate.

This will be stored on your Profile page for future reference

Your profile page is accessed from your My Courses student menu.

How do I communicate with my teacher?

There is an option to communicate by selecting courses from the dashboard when you log in.

Select the @ circled and an email will be sent to your teacher.
